MY QUEST FOR A CONDO goes viral....
In February 2012 Canadian blogger Charles Moffat began an epic quest... he was going to trade a Hot Wheels car (specifically a 2008 Dodge Challenger) for a condo in Toronto...
And if that isn't epic enough, remember a Hot Wheels car is worth about $2 and the average condo in Toronto costs about $360,000. He called his quest "MY QUEST FOR A CONDO".
His first trade was for Mastercraft Digital Multimeter Kit (a mere tool for measuring electrical currents), but his second trade was for an old bicycle (a highly prized Retro Red Raleigh Mixte Bicycle) which he cleaned up and repaired.
And less than 2 days after getting the bicycle he scored big... not a trade... An interview with the National Post, one of Canada's largest newspapers.
So yeah his real estate blog titled "My Search for a Home" is now going VIRAL thanks to MY QUEST FOR A CONDO. (Anyone wanting a lesson in viral marketing should take lessons from this guy!)
