For sinus and chest congestion, you can add 2 drops of lavender, 2 drops of eucalyptus and 2 drops tea tree in a bowl containing steaming-boiled water. Cover the bowl with a towel (your head between the towel and the bowl) and inhale for 2-3 minutes. You will be amazed on how this essential oil recipe works. Make sure you close your eyes while inhaling.

To create an effective and essential oil recipe for flu, you can mix two drops of Lavender, 2 drops of Eucalyptus, 2 drops of Peppermint and 2 drops of Tea Tree similarly in a steaming bowl and let the aroma disperse. You can also use a diffuser (Tea Candle) instead of a steaming bowl of water.
