Shadows in Zamboula
Weird Tales Magazine November 1935
The November 1935 issue of Weird Tales cover is by Margaret Brundage (1900-1976). Her first cover appeared on the September 1932 issue; she created covers for 39 straight issues from June 1933 to August 1936.

The cover story was Shadows in Zamboula, one of the original short stories about Conan the Barbarian written by Robert E. Howard.

This cover was too provocative for some news stands and came in a censored version.
