Busy busy...
If it weren't for my sister and niece I wouldn't even be on my PC now. They wanted me to transfer their photos from their mobile 'phones to a CD-R so I did just that. My cousin also wanted me to do the same thing but her pictures were on a camera and she wanted them separated on four discs. She requested this after I declined any payment for the task. Anyway, I got more family photos to add to the desktop PC. I'll be busy this week with several clinics. I saw the dietitian today and I got my mass checked. I've officially gained thirteen pounds since the last weigh-in. She advised me to continue the exercise and to lessen the intake of cheese when I'm hungry. I wanted to be a vegetarian again but that ideal just escaped me... again. I've resumed the consumption of fish and eggs among other things. It mostly has to do with the availability of other choices for my meals - choices don't exist. I just have to eat what my mammy prepares and if I don't want to she insists that I need the proper nutrition offered by such foods. I'm supposed to be following a routine but she says that I don't have to stick to such a rigid plan for life and when the time comes for my recovery, I'll do the adjustments then. My sister and niece will leave soon and I have to go out on the morning that they leave on so I don't get a bonus trip to the airport. They treat me acceptably but they seem to have problems with quite a few of the family members and they will discuss these issues with other members and so on. I tell my mammy to not get involved with the "sister wars" as I have first hand experience with them already. They seem at odds with each other and will say the most dire things about each other but they always get back together and team up against others who they spoke to before and polluted their minds. I just leave them be. Whatever the case, if they need something from me, they speak. After seeing how they treat each other, I'm very cautious about getting back on open terms with any of them. Today in the hospital I took out my camera and commenced the taking of a few snaps of the surroundings. Next thing you know the security guard calls out and comes up to me saying that that wasn't allowed on the compound without the permission of the administration. She told me to erase the photos and once I entered the compound I was not allowed to take photos of anything at all. I'm not a terrorist or anything. It's a pity that you can't see the fabulous landscape they have there and the gorgeous plants and trees. That's one avenue closed to me now. As I type this I'm sweating up a torrent here so I think I'll stop for now. Laters.
