With housing prices so high and the economy so pathetic of late, trying to find a home right now is pretty difficult. What I'd like to see happen is housing prices come down (and interest rates remain low and stable) so that a person like myself could actually afford to buy a house... or even a condo.
Which is ever more difficult because I live in Toronto, which is currently in a housing market bubble where houses are overpriced by approx. 30 to 50%.
Nevertheless my quest to find a house has sparked a new blog:
