Depending on what I'm doing, heck yeah, Chrome rocks! But it's still somewhat limited. I don't use it that often specifically because it lacks the add-ons I use frequently.
Google stated that Chrome is designed with applications in mind, vs web page rendering. They stated that this means video will play superquick, but I've noticed they don't have that aspect in place yet. There are still quite a few video sites that won't work, mainly because their players work off of add-ons. But, with time, I have high hopes for Google Chrome.
