for me, its better to use what the doctor would recommend for detoxifying our skin...and doctor must the one to do it not the client itself. to be safe.

Here are the best way to pass a (urine) drug test
1. abstinence - best not to use drugs in the first place right? ;)
2. Substitution - synthetic urine see www.gonumber1.com for a good example
3. Dilution - these are your common detox drinks. They dont actualy flush any of those 'non-water soluable' metabolites, but.. they do dilute your urine to a low enough level of metabolites, to pass.

I have passed six urine test while on probation with a simple system using water and a couple vitamins. At 9:00pm the night before a test stop eating completely (it is very important not eat during this process. From 9:00pm to midnight consume one gallon of water on an empty stomach. Take one multi-vitamin at 9:00pm, then take a B-complex vitamin at 10:00pm, and another B-complex at 11:00pm. This helps the color of the urine to look undiluted and help prevent over stripping your body and helps to prevent you from getting ill. When you wake up avoid eating and start your morning 20 oz. of water and taking one more multivitamin and another b-complex. You will now continue drinking water at a leisurely pace until your urinalysis. After the urinalysis do not eat huge meal at first because this can make you sick. Start with orange juice and white toast. Wait for about 45 minutes and then drink an ensure or similar nutritional drink. Yahoos tend to do the trick as well. If you try to shovel in the food right off, you will find yourself very sick. When you strip your body in this manner it can be very dangerous, so follow the renurishing steps carefully. If you have the oppurtunity to relax yourself after this procedure then you should do so. I have passed many probation required urinalysis test using this method....It works.
